  • Safety team such as safety agent and contractor coordinator can use the Health and Safety document form to add or modify a safety-related document.

    Table 1. Health and Safety document form fields
    Field Description
    Number System-generated unique number for the document.
    Short description Brief description of the document.
    Document type Type of the document.
    • Attachment: A document uploaded and attached in this record.
    • Hyperlink: A link for the document stored at another location.
    • Knowledge article: A knowledge article stored at another location.
    Document subtype Further information on the type of the document such as Certificate, Signed document, and Standard.
    Standard type Option to indicate whether the document is an internal or external standard to the company.

    This field appears only when Standard is selected from Document subtype.

    Document Document attached in this record. Select Attach File to upload the document.

    This field appears only when Attachment is selected from Document type.

    Linked document URL of the document location.

    This field appears only when Hyperlink is selected from Document type.

    Knowledge article Knowledge article record.

    This field appears only when Knowledge article is selected from Document type.

    Active Option to mark this document available for use in other Health and Safety records. A document must be active to be used.
    Expiry date Date when the document expires.
    Assigned to User assigned to this document.
    Location Location this document applies to.
    Task references Health and Safety action task this document was added to.

    If this document was added to a task, this field is auto-populated with the task number.
    Description Detailed description about this document.
