    • As a admin, configure business rule to enable uploading of document for external storage.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System Definition > Business Rules.
    2. Open the Create Documents for Matter Artifact business rule.
    3. Select When to run related list.
    4. Add a new OR condition.
    5. Set the filter condition as [Category][is][Legal Matter].
    6. Select Update to save the business rule.
