Create workplace services
Create Workplace services like catering, office supply, parking, or any other service. Associate this service to a default general request template.
Before you begin
Role required: admin
Procedure

On the workplace service form, fill in the fields:
- Service Name: Name of the workplace service. For example, Workplace cleaning.
- Case table: Name of the case or request table. Select the Workplace Maintenance Case (sn_wsd_maintenance_case) table.
- Fulfillment Type: Select Service Activity from the drop-down options.
- Default Template: Default template for Workplace Maintenance Management. Search for the General maintenance request template using the lookup list icon (
).
