  • Create and manage the task templates that managers, mentors, and employees can use for their Journey designer plans. Use task templates to provide a consistent and streamlined experience for creating Journey designer plans.

    About this task

    Task templates appear as to-do lists in the Employee Center for managers, mentors, or employees.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Journey designer > Manage Task Templates.
    2. Click New, or open an existing plan configuration.
    3. Fill in the fields in the template form.

    4. Click Submit.
