Set up the feedback configuration

  • Set up the feedback configuration for the experience and service feedback in the Employee Center portal. Configure a seamless channel of feedback communication that remains constant for your portal.

    Role required: sn_hr_sp.esc_admin

    About this task

    Set up the integrated service and experience feedback that is available with Employee Center Pro. Get responses anywhere in your portal, via email or Virtual Agent, or through the Kiosk.

    The feedback configuration is generic for all feedback types and definitions.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Employee Center > Experience and Service Feedback > Feedback Configuration.
    2. Select New to create a feedback configuration.
    3. On the feedback configuration form, fill in the fields.
      For a description of the field values, see Feedback configuration form.
    4. Select Submit.
      Note:
      The following default feedback configurations are available with Employee Center Pro version 32.0.
      • Employee center feedback configuration
      • Feedback configuration for kiosk portal
      • MESP Feedback Configuration

    Result

    You’ve configured the properties for the integrated service and experience feedback.
