Create filters or filter groups
With these filters and filter groups, you enable employees to easily filter, organize, discover, and fulfill the tasks in a few clicks.

Procedure
What to do next
Proceed to associate the categories, filters, and conditions from the related list. From the related list, select category for the filter. Select a category from the list available from the picker dialog box.
Note:
If you do not select any specific category or filter group, the filter is not visible on the My tasks page.Associate a
filter to only one category or filter group.
Complete the following mapping per your requirement.
- For filter group, map Associated categories and Filters. Also, go to the Associated filters related list, click New, and fill in the form to add more filters.
- For filters, map Associated categories and Associated conditions. For sub-filters, map only Associated conditions as you cannot map a sub-filter to a category.
