    Using the Approval Portal

    To use the Approval Portal, you must have either the Vaccination Status admin [sn_imt_vaccine.admin], Health and safety approver [sn_imt_core.health_and_safety_approver], or Approval Portal manager [sn_imt_core.approval_portal_manager] roles.

    Managers with the Approval Portal manager role can see only approvals for their direct reports. This role is automatically assigned to all managers as long as one of the following properties is enabled:
    • Allow managers the ability to update health test results [sn_imt_health_test.allow_managers_ability_to_update_test_result_records]
    • Allow managers the ability to update vaccine response records [sn_imt_vaccine.allow_managers_ability_to_update_vaccine_response_records]
    • Allow managers the ability to update vaccine exemption requests [sn_imt_vaccine.allow_managers_ability_to_update_vaccine_exemption_records]

    Each property provides managers access to the Approval Portal, however, managers are able to see and interact with only records associated with the activated property. Activating multiple properties grants additional capabilities to the reviewing managers.
