Journey designer related link tabs
Related links are visible depending on the journey type and integrated applications. Not all related-links tabs are visible in all instances.
Default-related link tabs
Depending on the Journey source and Journey type, a configuration form displays some or all
these related link tabs.
- Activity Sets
- Activity sets represent different stages in the lifecycle event process.
- Available For
- Lists the User criteria that a user must have for this journey configuration.
- Field Mappings
- Map fields, custom text, or custom scripts to fields used in a journey. These field mappings are from HR tables and fields to Journey designer or Journey Accelerator tables and fields.
- HR Services
- HR services are the requests and assistance that an HR organization provides its employees. You can configure an HR service to define the request to fulfillment process for that case type.
- Not Available For
- Lists the User criteria that excludes a user for this journey configuration.
- Quick links
- Links that administrators can include for a journey configuration.
- Stage configurations
- Lists the stages in a plan configuration. Stages are logical containers for activities.
Related link tabs with Listening Posts
When Listing Post is integrated with the Journey designer app, these additional
related link tabs are visible in the journey configuration form.
- Pulse Surveys
- A list of surveys available to add to a journey configuration. Select a link to a Name or Theme to edit the form in Learning Posts.
- Satisfaction Score Actions
- Configure and associate a list of actions that trigger widgets that are displayed to users when the configured conditions are met.

When Learning Posts is integrated with the Journey designer app, these additional related link tabs are visible in the journey configuration form.
Recommended Learning: Administrators add recommended courses for journey configurations. Administrator configured recommended learning applies to all journey of that type of configuration. Only administrators can modify or delete a recommended course from a journey configuration.
