Add an action to a health and safety permit-to-work request

  • Create a Health and Safety action to a requested permit-to-work. This helps to address the root cause of any reported safety occurrence.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_hs_rm.permit_coordinator

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Health and Safety > Health and Safety Workspace.
    2. Select the risk management icon (Risk assessment icon).
    3. Select the Permit to work list and select All.
    4. Open a permit record to add an action.
    5. In the Health and Safety actions tab of the related items, select New.
    6. On the form, fill in the fields.

    7. Select Save.
      The action appears in the list of actions in the Health and Safety actions tab of the permit record. It is also listed in the Actions list on Health and Safety Workspace.
