Accessing the Workspace
To access the Health and Safety Workspace, navigate to All > Health and Safety > Health and Safety Workspace, which opens in a new browser tab.

Users can utilize the incident playbook and observations form to review and manage assigned safety incidents and observations effectively. Safety agents can investigate, triage, and resolve these matters directly within the workspace.
The Health and Safety Workspace provides a single location for safety managers and agents to process safety incidents and observations. Agents can use it to respond to incidents, view the full context of an incident, and provide relevant recommendations and actions to resolve them.

On the workspace landing page, get a quick overview of the safety metrics and incidents and observations that you and your team are working on. You can monitor the status and drill down into each component to see the list behind the score. The widgets also help you and your team to monitor your workload, focus on high-priority items, and easily navigate across your responsibilities.
List view
In the lists pane, you can quickly access incidents, observations, and actions by using the filtered lists under different categories. The lists that are displayed depend on your role.

In the workspace, using the incident playbook and observations form, you can review and work on your safety incidents and observations respectively. As a safety agent, you can investigate, triage, and resolve incidents and observations that are assigned to you.
