Configure favorite content type

  • Configure the favorites option to help employees personalize the content and easily access the content they frequently use.

    Role required: portal admin and sp_admin

    About this task

    You can configure the favorites and favorite icon. Once you enable favorites for content types such as requests, articles, and applications (EC Pro only), your employees can mark content as favorites.
    Note:
    Favorites for Applications is available to only Employee Center Pro customers as Applications is an Employee Center Pro feature.

    You can configure favorites for content types of your choice.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Favorites > Favorite Content Type.
    2. Specify the content type.
      For example, Article.
    3. Select Badge icon from the available list.
    4. Select the Active option.

    Result

    The content type display is configured.
