Create accommodation types

  • Accommodation types help define and categorize accommodation requests.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_hr_er.config_manager
    Note:
    The base system provides accommodation types, but you can add more.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Employee Relations > Accommodation Types.
    2. Select New.
    3. Fill in the form.
      Table 1. Accommodation types form
      Field Description
      Name Name that describes the accommodation type.
      Active Indicates if the accommodation type is available and ready to use.
      Note:
      The base system provides accommodation types that you can use. The base system delivers these types as inactive. Ensure you select Active for the accommodation types you want to use
      Application The scope application you are in when creating the accommodation type.
    4. Select Save or Submit.
