Employee, admin, and reception staff can use the Workplace Visitor Management application for different purposes.
Workplace Visitor Management users

| Admin | Admins can create visitor policies, create record producers, and integrate the Workplace Visitor Management application with Workplace Services Kiosk. |
| Employee | Employees can register external visitors and off-site company colleagues for a visit. They can specify their visit dates, their parking, and WiFi requirements. They can co-host visitors with others and specify if a visitor is a VIP. They can also leave a special note to receptionists to customize their visit. |
| Receptionist | The reception staff can view, manage, and update visitor registrations. They can also view visitors who are currently checked in, expected visitors, the visitors who are on break, and the visitors who have checked out. Once
