Key Features
- Application Service Lifecycle Tabs: DPM pages show lifecycle phase information primarily in the Run and Info tabs. The Risk tab appears when the Technology Portfolio Management plugin is installed.
- KPI Groups and Portfolio Integration: Application services roll up to related business applications and can be part of multiple portfolio types (business application or application service portfolios). KPIs inherit from both portfolios to provide comprehensive performance insights.
- Run Tab Details: Displays performance metrics grouped into portfolio success metrics, business application performance, service health, service impact, availability insights, commitments, and service reliability (requires snsowsrm plugin). Graphs and indicators have tooltips for detailed understanding.
- Risk Tab: Available with the Technology Portfolio Management plugin, showing lifecycle risk assessments through visual reports on software and hardware models linked to the application service.
- Info Tab: Provides read-only general information including description, criticality, environment, operational status, managing/support groups, associated portfolios, commitments, software/hardware models, and configuration items (CIs).
- Needs Attention Panel: Includes icons for alerts, contacts, and attachments to help manage and review service details effectively.
