Filter the Express List display by adding or removing fields

  • Add fields to or remove fields from the Express List pane filter using the interactive filter panel. Use filtering to create different views of categorized alerts.

    Role required: evt_mgmt_operator, evt_mgmt_admin

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. In the primary navigation, select the Express List icon (Express List icon).
    3. In the left filter pane, select the Edit filter attributes icon (Edit filter attributes icon).
    4. In the Edit filter attributes dialog box, select fields or alert tags to add to your filter. Edit filter Attributes with Fields tab
      The Fields tab is displayed by default and displays the number of selected fields.

      The number of available fields is displayed at the top of the column next to Available columns.

      The selected fields are displayed in the right column. The number of selected columns are displayed at the top of the column next to Selected columns.

    5. Opcional: Find a specific field by entering its name in the Search field.
    6. Opcional: Rearrange the order of the selected columns by dragging them up or down in the right column.
    7. Opcional: Remove a column by selecting the X next to its name.
    8. Select Apply.
    9. Opcional: Clear a filter by selecting Clear next to that filter name.
      Clear appears only if you selected or cleared any of the attribute check boxes of the selected filter.
    10. Opcional: View the applied conditions by selecting the Filter icon ( Filter icon) next to Applied conditions. Viewing applied conditions
    11. Opcional: Remove a condition by selecting the Clear condition(Clear condition icon) icon.

    Resultado

    All the selected fields are displayed in the Filters panel in the Fields column.
