    • Synthetic monitoring includes the following properties.

    These properties are available for synthetic monitoring.

    To open the System Properties [sys_properties] table, enter sys_properties.list in the navigation filter.

    Property Description
    sn_sow_synthetics.logger Controls logging output. Valid values are:
    • debug
    • info
    • notice (default)
    • warning
    • err
    • crit

    sn_synthetics.max_glide_instance_checks_per_minute

    		 Determines how many tests can be run on the ServiceNow platform in a given minute. Default is set based one Glide instance. Adjust the value based on your implementation.
    • Type: integer
    • Default value: 6
    • Location: System Property [sys_properties] table
    sn_sow_synthetics.auto_mid_selection.skip_phases Determines the number of comma-separated phases to skip in selection cascade. Default value is empty.
    sow.recommendation.enabled Feature flag to enable recommendation tile on incidents and by default it is set to 'false'.
    sow.recommendation.max_endpoints Determines the max endpoints to be shown in recommendation panel. The default value is 50.
    sn_sow_synthetics.default_mid_location Displays default location sys_id for auto MID selection phase 5. The default value is 'null'.
    sn_sow_synthetics.auto_mid_selection.enabled Flag to enable/disable auto MID selection and be default it is set to 'true'.
    sn_sow_synthetics.auto_mid_selection.dns_cache_ttl Determines the DNS cache time for IP affinity phase. The default value is 300 seconds.
