Navigate to .
You're taken to your
SRM Home page.
Nota: If you use other Service Operations Workspace (SOW) applications, you may see the SOW Home page instead of the SRM Home page. The SOW Home page includes SRM
alerts and incidents in its metrics.

From the primary navigation, select Reliability tasks (
).

Open the incident you want to copy.

Using the list menu under the More option button, select Copy incident.

Select a team member from the list menu for the Caller field.
After the incident is copied, the Activity timeline of the new incident is updated with the original incident as a work note.
