View the primary alerts associated with a service to help troubleshoot issues with the service.

Procedimento
Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
From the left navigation bar, select the Service Dashboard icon: .
The Service Dashboard page appears.
Nota:
The application services that appear in the Service Dashboard are those added to the Impact Filter Services list. For more information, see Add application services for impact calculation.
Select a service tile.
A pop-up window displays the business criticality and severity of a service.
Select Service Details.
By default, the Details tab is selected.
Select the Related records tab.
From the left pane, select Related Alerts.
View details about an alert by selecting its number in the Number column.
