Acknowledge an SRM alert

  • Place an alert in the Acknowledged state if the alert has issues that must be addressed. You can acknowledge an alert without assigning it to yourself.

    Role required: srm_manager, srm_responder, or srm_admin

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
      You're taken to your SRM Home page.
      Nota:
      If you use other Service Operations Workspace (SOW) applications, you may see the SOW Home page instead of the SRM Home page. The SOW Home page includes SRM alerts and incidents in its metrics.
    2. From the primary navigation, select Reliability tasks (Reliability tasks icon).
    3. Select the Alerts tab.
    4. Check the box next to one or more alerts that you want to acknowledge.
    5. Select Acknowledge.
      You’re assigned to the alert or alerts that you have chosen. For more information on the alert form and actions, see SRM alert states.
      Nota:
      You can acknowledge an alert from the Alert form itself by selecting the Acknowledged check box, however, the alert isn’t automatically assigned to you. You must select an assignee in the Assigned to field and select Save.
