    The AIOps Experience app provides the following consolidated platform for managing alerts.
    • Event Management - Resolve health issues with alert aggregation and root cause analysis (RCA) for discovered services, application services, and automated alert groups. For more information, see Event Management.
    • Service Reliability Management - Respond, collaborate, track, and self-remediate when working on alerts and incidents. For more information, see Service Reliability Management.
    • CSDM - Maintain optimal IT operations by standardizing data models and processes. For more information, see Applying the CSDM guidelines to ITOM AIOps.
    • Express List - Identify health issues across the datacenter on the Service Operations Workspace. Efficiently monitor systems and services,​ resolve alerts, evaluate the alert impact,​ track issues, and report incidents.     • AIOps dashboards - View comprehensive visualizations of critical operational data. You can monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track service health, and gain valuable context on the overall IT environment.     • Health Log Analytics - View log data, alerts, and error rate information on the Health Log Analytics operational dashboard to identify the root cause of an issue. Thereby enabling you to triage-related logs and analyze the raw data to help prevent IT issues before your users are affected.
