Manage SLO creator agent settings
Activate or deactivate the service level objective (SLO) creator agent and configure the notification settings.

You must have AI Agents for SLO and Service Reliability Management (SRM) installed on your instance. For more information, see Install Now Assist plugins and Install Service Reliability Management from Admin Center or ServiceNow Store.
Agentic workflows and their AI agents use role masking to determine which users can access them. Ones installed with Now Assist applications have specific roles that come included with the application. If you select Users with specific roles for user access, you must configure the security controls to include these roles.
