To automatically renew your certificates before they expire, use the automated certificate renewal workflow or the Now Assist certificate renewal AI agent.

In both cases, you must first configure your system for automatic renewal.

Configuring for automated certificate renewal involves the following steps:

1. Configure your MID Server for automatic certificate renewal
2. Add the required applications and capabilities to your MID Server
3. Configure System Properties for automatic certificate renewal. This step is optional if you use the Now Assist certificate renewal AI agent.
