    Importante:

    This feature is supported in the Health Log Analytics application, Version 20.0.11 - July 2021, and the Health Log Analytics Viewer application, Version 20.0.4 - July 2021, available from the ServiceNow Store.

    Procedimento

    1. Open a defined alert.
      1. Navigate to the defined alerts table in one of the following ways:
        • On the Log viewer, select the selection icon (Selection icon.) at the top right of the Log viewer tab, and then choose Manage my defined alerts from the drop-down list.
        • On the ServiceNow AI Platform, navigate to Health Log Analytics > Log Anomaly Detection > Define Alert.
      2. From the table, select the alert rule that you want to modify.
    2. On the form, update the settings.
      For a description of the settings, see Add a Log Analytics alert rule in Health Log Analytics.
    3. Save your changes in one of the following ways:
      • On the Log viewer, select Save.
      • On the ServiceNow AI Platform, select Update.
