Categorize alerts displayed in Express List

  • Create different views of alerts by adding tags in Express List to enable you to easily identify and group alerts without the need for discovery or accessing the CMDB.

    Role required: evt_mgmt_operator, evt_mgmt_admin

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. In the primary navigation, select the Express List icon (Express List icon).
    3. In the left filter pane, select the Edit filter attributes icon (Edit filter attributes icon).
    4. In the Edit filter attributes dialog box, select the Alert tags tab.

      The left column displays the number of available tags in the Available columns column title.

      The selected tags are displayed in the right column. The number of selected tags is displayed in the Selected columns column title.

    5. Opcional: Find a specific tag by entering its name in the Search field.
    6. Opcional: Rearrange the selected tags by dragging them up or down in the right column.
    7. Opcional: Deselect a tag by selecting the (X) next to it.
    8. Select Apply.

    Resultado

    All the selected tags are displayed in the Filters pane under the Alert tags tab.
