Create sub-groups for automation opportunities

    • Large automation opportunities in AIOps LEAP are broken into smaller, more manageable sub-groups to support focused and contextual incident resolution steps.

    Role required: LEAP admin

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to AIOps LEAP landing page, and select the automation opportunity that you want to refine.
    2. Select Related records tab.
    3. Select Create Sub Groups.
      The records in the automation opportunity are divided into sub-groups.
    4. Select the Sub Groups tab to view the child sub-groups created.
      Each child sub-group has it own ID and you can generate focused resolution steps with only the records in the sub-group. On the AIOps LEAP landing page, the parent automation opportunity shows child automation opportunity in the Sub Groups column.
