- The dispute questionnaire now presents questions based on the selected dispute category. As the questionnaire is filled out, the questionnaire view displays new questions based on the answers provided.
Removed in this release
- The VROL questionnaire decision tree has been removed. We have introduced the Visa Dispute Questionnaire [sn_bom_visa_cp_visa_dispute_questionnaire] table to reflect the format of the VROL questionnaire more accurately.
