Service Operations Workspace setup for SRM
Install and configure Service Reliability Management (SRM) within the Service Operations Workspace Admin Center so that SRM admins, managers and responders can provide service reliability efficiently.
You can Install Service Reliability Management from Admin Center or ServiceNow Store from the Service Operations Workspace Admin Center.
Nota:
The Data visualizations app v24.1.8 is also required. See Data visualizations in the ServiceNow Store to install the app.
Once installed, configuring SRM within the Service Operations Workspace Admin Center sets up the SRM workspace with options and actions.
Using the Service Reliability Management menus in the Service Operations Workspace Admin Center, you can:
- Assign an administrator to Service Reliability Management.
- Activate teams and services in SRM
- Add an approval process to service inclusion in SRMCustomize service approval settings in SRM.
- Add an approval process to teams inclusion in SRMCustomize team approval settings in SRM
- Access and publish the request catalog item for users.
- Configure error budget actions for breached SRM SLOs.
Alert automations are conditional triggers that execute response actions automatically, based on the contents of the alert. This functionality is available to SRM upon request, from the Alert automations application in the ServiceNow Store.
