    Field Description
    Service name Enter a name for your service. For example, Cloud storage service. Your teams see this name in SRM.
    Service typeService class Select either service instance or technology management service application service or technical service.
    Business criticality Specify how important the service is to the business:
    • 1 - most critical
    • 2 - somewhat critical
    • 3 - less critical
    • 4 - not critical
    Operational status Select the status of your service:
    • Operational
    • Non-operational
    • Repair in Progress
    • DR Standby
    • Ready
    • Retired
    • Pipeline
    • Catalog
    Service DescriptionShort description Describe your service to help your teams understand its purpose and other relevant information.
