  • Enable the Request care team assistance agentic workflow so that care team cases can be created using Now Assist in Virtual Agent.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to AI Agent Studio > Create and manage > Agentic Workflows.
    2. Select Request care team assistance.
    3. Navigate to Select channels and status.
    4. In Virtual Agent, set the following fields:
      • Toggle Display to on.
      • In Assistants where AI agents are discoverable, select Now Assist in Virtual Agent (default).
    5. Select Save.

    Result

    The Request care team assistance agentic workflow is now enabled in Now Assist in Virtual Agent.
