Create a group for all location support agents in Care Team Operations for Facilities
Create a group for location support agents with the sn_cto_facilities.loc_support_agent role assigned so that users added to this group inherits the collection of roles for Care Team Operations for Facilities.

About this task
The location support agent role will only give healthcare organization members the ability to view facilities cases associated with their healthcare organization.
Procedure
- Navigate to .
- Select New.
- In the name field, enter a name for your team member group.
- Fill in the other fields as needed.
- Navigate to the roles related list.
- Select Edit.
- Add the sn_cto_facilities.loc_support_agent role into the Roles List.
- Select Save.
Result
A user group is created for your location support agents to which you can assign your facilities fulfillers when doing automated user imports.
