    • Ensure that Multiple Provider SSO is enabled and configured correctly for Care Team Portal to authenticate with Epic Hyperspace via Hyperdrive.

    About this task

    Note:
    The steps that follow assume that you have Multiple Provider SSO installed on your ServiceNow instance.

    Procedure

    1. Set your scope to Global.
    2. Navigate to Multi SSO > Properties and fill in the fields as follows.
      • Set Enable multiple provider SSO to true.
      • Set Enable debug logging for the multiple provider SSO integration to true.
    3. Select Save.
