    Environmental services support request being created in Care Team Portal.

    Care Team Operations for Environmental Services comes with preconfigured service requests for facilities support departments.

    Select the catalog item that aligns with your request type.

    For example, a nurse who notices a room needs clean linens would navigate to Create a request > Request environmental service > Clean Linen Delivery request and fill in the request details.

    Procedure

    1. In the Care Team Portal, navigate to Create a request > Request environmental service.
    2. Choose the appropriate catalog item for your support request.
    3. In the form that appears, fill in fields as needed.
      Field Description
      Unit The unit associated with the request.
      Location The healthcare location in which environmental support is needed.
      Description Optionally, enter a description of the issue to assist the support agent.
      Category The category of this request. For a detailed list of categories, see Service Catalog installed with Care Team Operations for Environmental Services.
      Priority The priority of the issue. Options are:
      • 1 - Critical
      • 2 - High
      • 3 - Moderate
      • 4. Low
      Available start The day and time in which support can attempt to resolve the issue.
    4. Optional: Add attachments as needed.
    5. Select Submit.
