  • Fulfill the care team cases and tasks created from task plans.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_cto.care_team_agent or sn_cto.care_team_agent_manager

    For more information on care team cases and tasks, see Care team cases and tasks.

    Procedure

    1. In the Healthcare Orchestration Workspace, navigate to Care Team Case > All Cases.
    2. Update case details as needed.
      Note:
      Care team cases can be reassigned as needed.
    3. Select Tasks to view all associated care team tasks.
    4. Select a task and fulfill it as needed.
    5. Use Close case or Close task to close out the case or task.
