    About this task

    Track a request in Care Team Mobile.

    Procedure

    1. In Care Team Mobile, navigate to the Track requests section on the landing page.
    2. Select the type of request that you want to track, or select All to display all requests.
    3. View all submitted requests organized as follows:
      • All active - Displays all open requests created by either yourself or your team.
      • By me - Displays all open requests created by you.
      • All inactive - Displays all completed or canceled requests.
    4. Optional: Select Filters to filter or sort all requests based on conditions you specify.
    5. Select a request to view its details.
