Care Team Portal overview
The Care Team Portal gives care team members a single place to report and track operational issues without leaving their clinical workflow. Care teams can submit support requests, view the status of in-flight requests, manage team membership, and find self-service knowledge articles, all from one portal.
The portal can be used as a standalone Service Portal experience or embedded in Epic Hyperspace via Hyperdrive so that clinicians launch it from inside their EMR.
