Generate task plan template using Now Assist for Sales and Order Management for Telecommunications (SOMT)

    • Generate a task plan template for a order task by using based on the uploaded image file. Use a task plan template to define the repeatable tasks and records that need to be created for a business process. When the template is applied, these tasks and records are automatically created.

    The task plan template is created for product specifications, service specifications, and resource specifications when the order task is created.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Specifications > Product Specifications.
    2. Open a product specification record.
    3. In the product specification page, select Add Fulfillment Journey to launch the Now Assist panel.

    4. In the Now Assist panel, Task template generation AI agent performs the following task:
      1. Select the order actions from the list.
      2. Upload an image or document file.
      3. Analyzes the image and extracts tasks and tasks dependencies from the file.
      4. Creates a task plan template.
