Associate an account with consumers

  • Enable customer service managers to identify the end consumers who are using products or services and track customer information.

    Vorbereitungen

    Role required: One of the following roles:
    • sn_crm_foundation_admin
    • sn_customerservice_manager
    • sn_crm_foundation_data_manager

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Customer Service > Accounts.
    2. Select an account.
    3. Select the Consumers related list.
    4. Select New to add an existing or new consumer.

      Add an existing consumer
      1. In the Consumer field, select the Lookup using list icon (Lookup using list icon.).
      2. Select a consumer from the list.
      Add a new consumer
      1. In the Consumer field, select the Lookup using list icon (Lookup using list icon.).
      2. Select New.
      3. On the Consumer form, fill in the fields.
      4. Select Submit.
    5. Select Submit.

    Ergebnisse

    The selected consumer is associated with the account.
