  • Create a task for an order case line item.

    Vorbereitungen

    Role required: sn_order_case.creator, sn_order_case.agent, sn_customerservice_agent, admin

    Prozedur

    1. Open an order case record in CSM Configurable Workspace.
    2. Select an order case line item in the Order Case Line list.
    3. Select Create task to display the Create New Case Line Task form.
    4. Enter information in the fields on the form.
    5. Select Save.
      The system displays the new case line task record.
