Send a publication for review

    • Send publications for review, either the author or administrators, from the Author stage, triggering a transition to the Review stage. Approvers are automatically added to the Approvers related list.

    Vorbereitungen

    Role required: sn_publications.author or sn_publications.admin

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to one of the following modules:
      • Targeted Communications > Active Publications
      • Targeted Communications > Draft Publications
    2. Select a publication in the Author stage.
    3. Click Send For Review.
      The publication stage is set to Review and the approvers are added to the Approvers related list on the Publication form.

      Approvers can navigate to Self-Service > My Approvals to see a list of review requests.
