    • Configure a catalog item to enable public access.

    Role required: catalog_admin

    Prozedur

    1. Find the catalog items.
      1. Navigate to All > Service Catalog > Catalog Builder.
      2. Select Catalog items.
      3. Search and select the required item.
    2. Edit the catalog item.
      1. Select Edit.
      2. Select the more actions icon (more actions) and select Edit in advanced view.
      3. Select the Available for related list.
      4. Select Edit.
      5. Search and move Guest User from Collection to Service Category Request.
    3. Select Save.
    4. Select Update.
