Configure categories of a catalog item to enable access for guest user. This is only when you want to provide browsing experience to the guest users.

Enable public access for categories that should be made available for guest users to browse the list of items on the widget.

Prozedur

1. Find the catalog items.
   1. Navigate to All > Service Catalog > Catalog Definitions > Maintain Categories.
   2. Search and select the required category.
2. Make the categories available for guest user.
   1. Select the Categories related list.
   2. Select the available Catalog Category item.
   3. Select the Available for related list.
   4. Select Edit.
   5. Search and move Guest user from Collection to Available for List.
      
   6. Select Save.
   7. Select Update.
3. Select Update.

Ergebnisse

The required categories are made public. Guest users can now view items under these categories.
