    Enable public access to the widgets that are used to display the following:
    • list of catalog items
    • catalog item form

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Service Portal > Widgets.
    2. Search and select the widgets used to display catalog items on the portal.
      For example, you can search for the following out-of-the-box widgets:
      • SC Catalog Item
      • SC Order Guide
      • Catalog Checkout Widget (if two-step checkout is enabled)
      • SC Order Status
    3. Select the Public check box.

    4. Select Update.

    Ergebnisse

    The widgets used to display the catalog items are made public.
