    Enable public access to the pages that are used to display the following:
    • list of catalog items
    • catalog item form
    • redirect page displayed after users submit the catalog item

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Service Portal > Pages.
    2. Search and select the pages used to display catalog items on the portal.
      For example, you can search for the following out-of-the-box pages:

      For portals:

      • csm_sc_category (browse page)
      • sc_category (browse page)
      • sc_cat_item (form page)
      • csm_sc_cat_item (form page)

      For Engagement Messenger:

      • cwf_sc_category (browse page)
      • sc_cat_item (form page)
      • sc_cat_item (form page)
    3. Select the Public check box.

    4. Select Update.

    Ergebnisse

    The pages used to display the catalog items are made public.
