Input Schedule details into the Operational Rounding playbook

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_hco_orc.loc_support_agent or sn_hco_orc.plan author

    Procedure

    1. In the Operational rounding playbook, navigate to the Schedule stage.
    2. Choose the cadence at which you want this case created:
      • Immediate - Generates the healthcare orchestration case and all child cases and tasks immediately upon publishing this plan.
      • One time - Generates the healthcare orchestration case and all child cases and tasks at a future date as specified in Effective start date in Schedule details.
      • Recurring - Generates the healthcare orchestration case and all child cases and tasks at the date specified in Effective start date in Schedule detailsand then recurs a series of days thereafter as specified in Lead time [in days].
    3. Select Save & continue.
    4. Select Publish to publish your task plan.

    Result

    Your task plan has been published and any cases or tasks created as part of this plan will generate as scheduled.
