    This application has a dependency on Healthcare Operations Core [com.sn_hco].

    Note:
    Installing Care Team Work Management also installs the following applications:
    • Healthcare and Life Sciences Service Management Core
    • Healthcare Operations Core
    • Healthcare Operations Orchestration
    • Smart Assessments
    • Task Plan Templates
    • Planned Work Management (PWM)

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System Applications > All Available Applications > All.
    2. Find the Care Team Work Management application [com.sn_cto] using the filter criteria and search bar.
    3. If you're prompted, follow the links to the ServiceNow Store to get any additional entitlements for dependencies.
    4. Select Install.
