  • Activate the Care Team Operations Case Creation Voice AI Agent to enable care team members to create and manage cases over the phone.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    For information on configuring and deploying AI Voice Agents, see Deploy AI voice agents.

    Note:

    The voice AI assistant needs to be activated before you can add it the AI agent to it. Ensure the communication channels and authentication are configured before activating the voice AI assistant. For more information, see Integrate voice assistant with mobile app launcher.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to AI Agent Studio > Create and manage > AI agents.
    2. Select Care Team Operations Case Creation Voice AI Agent.
    3. Navigate to Select channels and status.
    4. In Engage via voice assistants:
      • Select Allow.
      • In Voice Assistants, add Now Assist Voice Deployment.
    5. In Activation Status, toggle This AI Agent is active to Yes.
    6. Select Save.

    Result

    The Care Team Operations Case Creation Voice AI Agent is now activated for use with Care Team Operations.
