Promote Now Assist in Virtual Agent for Care Team Portal

    • The Request care team assistance agentic workflow can be promoted in Assistant Designer to show when using Now Assist in Virtual Agent.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Assistant Designer > Asset library.
    2. In Select assistant, select Now Assist in Virtual Agent.
    3. In Request care team assistance, navigate to the additional options icon.
    4. In Visibility, select Promoted.
    5. Select Save.

    Result

    The Request care team assistance agentic workflow is now promoted for users and is selectable when using Now Assist in Virtual Agent in Care Team Portal.
