  • Scan tags on medical equipment and be redirected to the asset's record, where you can view its history, status, and associated cases.

    Scanning an asset in Care Team Mobile.

    Select Scan asset from within the quick actions menu to open Asset lookup.

    Once opened, scan an asset to retrieve the asset tag.

    After searching for the Asset tag, you can create a request.

    If no asset is found, a notification is displayed.

    Note:
    When you view a healthcare location, they should be able to select the Assets segment. This displays the list of assets associated with the common location that is itself associated with the healthcare location they’re viewing.
