Enable Now Assist in AI Search for case intake

    • Enable AI search so that users can start the case intake process from the search menu in Care Team Portal.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System Properties.
    2. Select glide.service_portal.enable_ais_portal.allow_list.
    3. In Value, add the Care Team Portal sys_id.
    4. Select Save.

    Result

    The case intake process can now be initiated from the search menu in Care Team Portal.
