    As a customer service agent (sn_customerservice_agent), you can use the business location details to provide the case resolutions or create cases for a business location.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace.
    2. On the Lists tab, select Cases > All.
    3. In the Cases list, select a case record with a business location.
    4. Access the Business Location 360 page by selecting the Business Location tab.
